Energy Consultancy

Lark Energy Group’s Energy Consultancy team works closely with you to understand your energy requirements in detail. We then provide you with commercially viable solutions based around a suite of efficiency and renewable options such as LED lighting, solar PV, storage and biomass.

The Consultancy team will assess your energy through a three stage process: evaluate, identify, and deliver.

The first step is for us to understand your current energy consumption patterns. We will identify and measure all the energy usage within your organisation or on a specific site. This will allow us to develop a concise and tailored Energy Profile that will give detailed information on current consumption patterns and highlight areas of high usage/low efficiency.

The Energy Profile will utilise a variety of proven measuring processes including:

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
  • Non Domestic EPC
  • Thermal Modelling and Dynamic Simulation
  • Heat Loss Survey
  • Energy Audit
  • Emitter Audit
  • Part L1A (SAP)
  • Part L2A (SBEM)

Following on from the Energy Profile, an optional Feasibility Study can be produced. This report will identify possible measures to reduce your consumption and replace your existing generation with low carbon options, of which there may be more than one. High level design, detailed cost estimates, anticipated ROI, third party supplier engagement and scope of works will be included.

Our recommendations will encompass both behavioural and hardware solutions that will help to reduce your carbon and energy costs.

Potential technical hardware solutions could include:

  • LED Lighting
  • Air Handling
  • Solar PV and Energy Storage
  • Commercial Biomass
  • Heat Pump Technologies
  • Peak Shaving

Should you wish to take forward any of the options from the Feasibility Study, the solutions can be discussed in detail and worked up into final specifications and scope of works.

Lark Energy Group Holdings can then deliver the project efficiently and professionally using an experienced team of in-house project managers and delivery partners.

Depending on client needs, the delivery services provided may also include:

  • Renewable Heat Incentive application and accreditation
  • Feed in Tariff application and accreditation
  • Comprehensive handover to client
  • Client product training
  • Full operation and maintenance services
